This is track 2 off of the “Lost In India” release called “Go Now”. This track was recorded the night before I was leaving India heading back to Los Angeles. The final background verse was recorded, Pro Tools was shutting down, and reality hits: its time to Go Now.

The concept of this track came about when someone questioned where my focus was. This song is dedicated to all dreamers and realists who are lost in thought. India provided amazing imagery for this emcee, who came back rejuvenated and inspired by this Fried Roots Uprise.

A two month stay in India made my eyes open wide to opportunity, and the last hours spent recording saw time fly by faster than Jamaica’s Usain Bolt. This track was centered around our long nights of great music and amazing conversation.

Which way to the airport?

This track was recorded in India and taken back to Los Angeles, where Shifty J added his take of Fried Flavor. Shifty J kept the integrity of the track with the original vocals left in tact, that were recorded off of a Macbook and Mbox in Bangalore.
